Healthy Conception: Love That Bump

This program has been created to educate women on how to achieve optimal health prior to conception. The health of both parents is critical in the creation of a healthy baby.

Chronic stress, environmental exposure to pesticides and pollution as well as the long-term use of oral contraception creates an abundance of toxicity and stress within the body.

The program starts with a comprehensive assessment followed by a detoxification program coupling the therapeutic effects of the infrared sauna and targeted supplementation.

The second phase of the program emphasizes nurturing through the use of massage and acupuncture to prepare the terrain for optimal conception. The acupuncture treatments are designed to individually follow each woman's monthly cycle.

This plan is ideal for anyone who is planning to conceive within the next 6-12 months or a couple who has had difficulty conceiving. With collaborative interaction from your medical doctor, this plan can be modified and used in conjunction with an invitro fertilization schedule.
