Achieving a healthy weight is critical in supporting a healthy body and a healthy state of mind. This program is designed to facilitate weight reduction and a steady body state.
Patients will be educated on how their body functions to achieve and maintain a healthy body mass as well as address physical, mental and emotional barriers to weight loss. As part of the comprehensive assessment, patients will be evaluated for any health conditions that may be contributing to their weight management difficulties.
Patients will be educated on optimal diet, lifestyle, nutritional supplementation, exercise and physical activity. All weight loss will be medically supervised and measured through BIA analysis.
This program is for people who are looking for support in their endeavor to lose weight and want an individualized approach to the achievement of this goal.
